Pickens County Full-Time and Part-Time Paramedics
Pickens County Emergency Medical Services is accepting applications for Full-Time and Part-Time Paramedics.
Pickens County responds on average to between 16,000-17,000 calls per year with 9- ALS ambulances. Full-Time personnel work a 24/48 schedule. Each of the three shifts has a Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, and three Field Training Officers. The Supervisor staffs a QRV as an additional resource. Pickens County has an aggressive set of Standing Orders with an equally aggressive QA process. Pickens County utilizes Zoll and Stryker equipment.
We offer a competitive salary and are a member of the SC State Retirement System. Pickens County offers affordable Health Insurance to full-time personnel and full-time personnel are paid for 11-holidays per year.
Part-Time personnel are an integral part of our operations and we are looking for personnel who are available to work on a frequent basis.
